The group composed of academic researchers and clergy was formed in the aftermath of the 2020 Artsakh war, with the blessing of Diocesan Primate Bishop Daniel Findikyan. With the surrender of territories in Artsakh containing numerous Armenian monasteries, churches, cultural sites, and monuments, the working group aims to advocate for the preservation of these Armenian treasures, while informing the public of their historical importance.

Armenian Academy of Sciences asks Putin, Biden, Macron to assist UNESCO monitoring in Karabakh

The threats of ethnic cleansing or a fact of it?

However, there is one aspect that attracts attention. The texts of Resolutions or Appeals diminish the qualifications and level of illegal acts of Azerbaijan (and Turkey). For example, it is often said about the threats of ethnic cleansing by Azerbaijan against the peaceful Armenian population. The Inter-State Application against Azerbaijan with the ECHR

John Eibner’s relentless call for Christian Solidarity

Statement of ICOMOS, ICA, IFLA & ICOM on damage and protection of cultural heritage in Nagorno Karabakh
