We call for observance of the UN Charter and principles by officials, UN structures, especially Special Advisors to the Secretary-General on the Prevention of Genocide, Alice Wairimu Nderitu and on the Responsibility to Protect, Mr. George Okoth-Obbo.

Since December 12, 2022, there have been dozens and hundreds of open appeals, publications, evidences of obvious and ongoing crimes against humanity by Azerbaijan against the whole people of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, but officials, UN structures are silent, by such their behavior grossly violating the UN Charter and principles.

Unfortunately, the UN structures were also inactive during the perfidious genocidal aggression of Azerbaijan against the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic since September 2020. Today, this unacceptable behavior is being repeated.
