Taking into account the experience of other similar structures in the world, in 2020, the International Public Crimes Tribunal of Azerbaijan (IPTCA) began to form. The initiators were co-organizers of two international conferences dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the massacres in Baku and Shushi. At the second conference, the relevant information was presented. The special web site contains over 600 publications in 3 languages. In 2020, several critical appeals were sent to the UN and the EU.

The Public Tribunal IPTCA supports the international movement for bringing Azerbaijan to justice (lobbying groups are in different countries: France, England, Netherlands, Poland, etc., the Ombudsman’s offices in Armenia and Artsakh) and calls for maximum assistance in collecting evidences and testimonies of Azerbaijan’s crimes by various centers and about the damage caused.

But at the same time, one circumstance is important: not to be limited only to the periods of the collapse of the USSR, wars against Artsakh, but also to facilitate the collection of evidences from 1905-6 (the massacre in Baku, the instigators of which became the leaders of Azerbaijan after 1918), from January 1918 (Shamkhor massacre of Russians) – for the entire period up to now, without exception. Incl. covering the deliberate policy of sending many more Armenians to the front during the Second World War, as well as covering both Nakhijevan and the period after the course from the 1930s for the “azerbaijanization” of the republic and the leveling of the Armenian element – all the evidences for strengthening the panoramic picture are important

This picture is reflected in new works (one of those works), where it is not about individual crimes and periods, but about the genesis, about the full process, not only about the crimes of genocide, but also about the genocidogenic nature and behavior of Azerbaijan, about genocidal politics in various forms. The topic of exposing the criminal state and its accomplices and external sponsors should not be narrowed down and should not be “privatized” – this is our common task of a geopolitical scale, and it is desirable that patriots and organizations from different countries and regions participate in it. The authorities of Azerbaijan imitate and adopt a lot from us. They are able to do this and spread lies only in the local area or time period (for example, a lie about Khojaly), but in the case of this comprehensive panoramic approach, they are powerless.
